Yes. We are accredited by ACCREDIA, the Italian national accreditation body and signatory of the EA Multilateral Agreement (EA-MLA) and ILAC Mutual Recognition Arrangement (ILAC-MRA). Our test reports are accepted across the European Union and in all ILAC-MRA jurisdictions, including the United States, United Kingdom, Germany, Switzerland, Japan and Australia.
We ship pre-paid sampling kits across the European Union as standard. Shipments to selected non-EU countries (United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway) are arranged on request. Our kits include certified containers, ice packs where required, sampling instructions in English and Italian, and a return waybill.
Test reports are issued in Italian by default and on request as bilingual Italian/English documents. Bilingual reports are designed for use in international audits (BRC, IFS, SQF, FSSC 22000) and for export documentation.
Standard turnaround is 5 to 10 working days from sample receipt, depending on the parameter set. Express turnaround (48 to 72 hours) is available for legionella and core microbiology. PFAS analysis by LC-MS/MS typically completes within 7 to 12 working days.
We routinely test against EU Directive 2020/2184 on the quality of water intended for human consumption, EU Regulation 2023/915 on contaminants in food, Regulation (EC) 852/2004 (HACCP), and the Italian implementing decree D.Lgs. 18/2023. Methods are aligned with ISO 17025, ISO 11731 (Legionella), ISO 21675, EPA 533 and EPA 537.1 (PFAS).
